The Story Behind MYSOUL
I'm Lana Wall, a West Point graduate, U.S. Army veteran, PMP-certified operations executive, and founder of MYSOUL Consulting. I bring nearly two decades of experience across L'Oréal, Tarte, EY, NTT DATA, and Pfizer. At Pfizer, I governed a $200M+ global digital portfolio and led initiatives across 250+ people worldwide.
I started MYSOUL after watching Black women in business get sold solutions that did not fit their needs, and Black women in corporate outperform everyone in the room and still get passed over. MYSOUL exists to change both.
